Banned for doing the Macarena while singing the Hokey Pokey poorly and out of key too.

Banned for dancing on your hind legs and howling a chorus that incited complaints of excessive noise.

Of the Banning Statute:

Title III, Section C, Paragraph  2a as footnoted in the tiniest of dog prints.  "No person, and especially Starkers, may ban any dog merely for being a dog even if said dog is howling the Hokey Pokey while dancing the Macarena on its hind legs and inciting complaints of excessive noise in OZ. 

Any person, and,especially Starkers, who violates this most revered (by dogs) Statute shall have their Motorcycle Banned and thereby impounded at the WinCustomize Kennel Club whereby, all dogs will have free visitation rights for purposes of raising a hind leg and washing Starkers bike for a period not less than  the time needed for the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies to attend their next after work mingle." 

Furthermore, any attempt to alter, nullify, void, stop or quit this most important Dog Protection Statute will immediately cause your hairy berries to shrink, your dribbler to leak, and your hind side to flatten and get wrinkled.

Wow Starkers I thought you would have read up on the Banning Statute before trying that one.

Banned for using a banning thread to write a complete diatribe regarding non-existent laws to try intimidate poor banners who just come here to ban without bogus legalities threatening their good person and properties.

Also banned for hanging out your dribbler to leave puddles where poor unsuspecting banners could slip and break a hip.

Oh crap Starkers I think you just triggered the attempting to nullify clause.  I'll just give you a quick Ban so you can clear out before everything on ya starts shrinking, leaking and flattening.

Banned for going from the sublime to the ridiculous by trying to invoke shrinking, leaking and flattening on a bloke who's already gone through all that and more.
