i am not illiterate nor stupid nor an idiot

i have trouble with spelling, and i haven't written anything for over 20 years. at least not until i started writing on here. yes this is a bad excuse, but i will use it.

i do not pretend to be able to spell. i am the first to admit it.

i will not be silenced because people want me to be.

i have clinical depression. no the meds don't work on me.

i also have a personality disorder it means i hate being told what to do even if i know i should do it.

but i can read goodly enough to get by. if there is a word i have problems with i can look it up to find out what it means.

i have failed at everything i try. except driving taxi. but at least i keep trying.

i live with my dad have done so for 4 years because he said he needed help. my two brothers either wouldn't or couldn't do it. it was my biggest mistake moving here because my father is/was abusive. i knew that before i moved here.

no i will not abandon him. no i will not make it to heaven. that idea ended 44 years and 7 months ago. the day i was born.

the reason is because i remember my first thought. "SO THIS IS LIFE!!!!!!!!" and that was the way the thought came out. i remember seeing the shadows of the doctors and nurses. because i remember this, i know that there was something before life. a conses(spch)(ie a spirit) but not life.

but i do my best to do the best i can with everything i do.

my mom told me the first time i tried to hold a girls hand i was two days old. it was the girl in the crib next to mine in the hospital. lol.

i know some of you will flame me for what i have written but i don't care. i am just tired of people i disagree with telling me that i am stupid because i don't agree with them.

like in the last blog, will not name the person, i disagreed with her on which was more important and because i disagreed with her she called me the two names that i used in the title.

there have been a few others on here who have done this too. again no names.

with the exception of gene i do not think i have called any one stupid or an idiot because they disagree with me. if i have i am sorry.

when i make a mistake and i am sure i have made one. i admit it.

It's 'you're' - a contraction of 'you are'. 'Your' means belonging to or of you.

What was that you were saying about not being stupid or illiterate?

I offered to help you with your spelling and grammar too. What did I get? A literal 'fuck you'.

You're (see how that works? I could have said 'you are' but I didn't, I abbreviated it to 'you're) an eejit. A dolt-faced-lah-brained-slack-jawed-booger-eatin'-feckin'-eejit, and you're not worthy of my time.

Wow, I'm impressed. I don't think my self pity article got this much attention.

Dan, may I call you Dan? Dude, if there is one thing I learned from my self pity article was that one has to learn to ignore other peoples opinions and either work to better yourself or learn to live with who you are and everything that goes with it. In your case, a constant barrage of "you're stupid, illiterate, ignorant, obnoxious, persistent, etc". Who cares. I may not agree with Col and I find him to be quite obnoxious when he is persistent in his opinions even after being proved wrong over and over. But I have to hand it to him, he is dedicated to his beliefs, he never gives up ground and man, can he take a verbal beating. Regardless of how much punishment the man takes from us and how little backup he gets from the liberals on this site, the man never spends time on self pity.

Who cares what some on this site think about you? I have a few here who can't stand the site of my name and can't avoid taking a shot at me when I leave myself open. Rest assure I will gladly return the favor. But I have learned to stand my ground and have learned to research more often before I open my mouth and ignorance spills everywhere. Most people on this site are cool people to hang around with and have a fight or 2. But if they don't like me, oh well, their loss.

The point is I don't lie. What did I make up to reconcile a myth.

Fact: She said she was something, not something else.

Myth: you assumed that it needed a "because" in her sentence so that you could make your "truth" (which was actually a "lie") correct. This allowed you to go on about your own point, which was a made up reality of your own.

Then you said "sorry", then justified why you said it once again, trying to prove yourself to be right.

Refer back to the first part of your quote: "The affected person might believe their lies to be truth".

You didn't even understand your own quote. It said "create elaborate myths to reconcile them with other facts". It didn't say reconciling a myth, it said making up a myth and reconciling it/them with facts. Don't quote things you find online unless yo understand what they mean.

Well, he is kind of stupid if he keeps arguing over valid points others have made without making any of his own...isn't that kind of a stupid thing to do?
