clearly you win this one. these two incidents prove beyond doubt all 2 billion muslims are radical fanatics.

(just between us dani....think stalin and hitler mighta been muslims too?)

actualy what i meant to say was all 2 billion radical fanatic muslims are irrefutably 'at it again'.

The teacher deserves the flogging - if only as punishment for the incomparable stupidity of naming a stuffed toy 'Muhammad' in a Muslim nation.

Clearly, what she did wrong was to travel in a car with a man to whom she wasn't related. Allah being the merciful deity he is, gang rape wasn't sufficient punishment, hence the 200 lashes.

they're engaged in a conspiracy to try to make you look like a moron by bamboozling (or perhaps hornswoggling--if not both) the gullible public with this wicked scam, so as to cause them to reject your astute (if perhaps too subtle) skepticism about the existence of non-radical muslims.

Yep, just a few people obviously.

KHARTOUM, Sudan —  Thousands of Sudanese, many armed with clubs and knives, protested Friday outside the presidential palace in Khartoum, demanding the execution of a British teacher convicted of insulting Islam for allowing her students to name a teddy bear Muhammad.

i believe if that woman dies in sudan the brits will declare war.
on Nov 30, 2007
Stupid bitch should have stayed in Britain.
on Nov 30, 2007
I did miss this article. The student named the bear after himself. The parents weren't even the ones upset about this. This woman just was unlucky enough to land in the middle of an international incident because of workplace politics.

every cloud has a silver lining. considering the brits created sudan and its problems (just as they did with irag) seems only right they should be the ones who deal with it

created sudan and its problems

That's what I read. You said the Brits caused its problems. But it seems to me that Islam is a big part of Sudan's problem.

actually the problems in sudan were created by egypt.

you see the first pharoahs were black.

they got replaced by whites that ran them south into what we call the sudan now.

england didn't help the process.

northern sudan's dominance is the legacy of britain's determination to recast africa to best exploit its people and their resources. it's beyond me why kitchener chose to partner up with and empower--rather than eradicate--the fanatics who massacred 50,000 residents of khartoum a decadee earlier. musta paid off for the empire though.

in the 50s, sudan became one entry on a long list of places the brits plundered, destabilized by eliminating traditional boundaries and playing their inhabitants against one another only to eventually dump their mess on the rest of the world.

had they stayed the hell outta the region, sudan might now be three smaller countries of which only one would be islamic.
