"The guy flat-out told me he had items stolen from O.J.'s house," Riccio said. "I have a legitimate business."

Simpson, 60, and five other men were arrested after they allegedly stormed a Las Vegas hotel room with guns drawn Sept. 13 to seize items that were believed to include family photos and the suit Simpson wore the day he was acquitted of murdering his ex-wife and her friend.

Las Vegas police said the FBI did not alert them before the confrontation between Simpson and collectors Alfred Beardsley and Bruce Fromong.

don't guess you've even considered the possibility oj's stuff has been a steady source of cash the goldens can't document or attach?

Sure it was a setup!

But the best way to avoid a setup is...umm, don't do it!

I guess OJ figured, hey if one can get acquitted of double murder, what's an armed robbery? I, for one, hope he shares a cell with Mike Vick and a white supremacist racist the size of a Patton tank!

and what if he didn't know about the guns until they got there. except for the guns according to fox he didn't brake any laws. he was planning on televising the whole thing. so the question is again did he know about the guns.

right but this case is smelling more and more like a revenge case. they didn't get him in the murder case. so they set him up for this one.

NEWSFLASH: The best way to avoid being "setup" is, don't take the stinking bait! Good grief!

If OJ goes to prison you gonna write him love letters, too? You seem to get all hot and bothered over football felons.

OK so the OJ case has gone from life in prison to probation and now the judge is to rule if he should even go to trial.
