Frogboy and Kryo are both net nicknames. I believe that Frogboy IRL is Mr. Brad Wardell, who built the original Galactic Civilizations as a labor of love.

Kryo appears to be an employee or associate of Mr. Wardell. If Brad has had time to both do all his work leading Stardock and create a secondary persona named Kryo, well, he might need some sort of raise, or at least some slightly-worried-for-him praise.

He has other net names for various things, but Kryo is not one of them.
