How can you be "lieing" (sic) and "telling the truth" at the same time? Either you're lying, or you're telling the truth. You can't do both concurrently.

i am saying that they may both be true. but the top one is not what the nie report says.

You tell someone "you look phat" and you can tell them "you look fat". When saying it, not writing it, you could be telling the truth and lying at the same time.

You might be saying phat as in looking good or you maybe be saying fat and in obese, it all depend on the other persons perception. They may think you are saying the look good when you are really telling them they are fat but you just won't rephrase it for fear of getting you but kicked. So when telling the truth you may actually be lying at the same time.

Actually Col already stated that we should invade Pakistan in one of his articles as a way to get out of Iraq and focus our resources of finishing off Al-qaeda, which by the way it's not al quida. BUt that's not important, right?

It wasn't al-qaeda directly but there is a connection since it happened near an area where Al-qaeda is believed to be hiding and probably encouraging these attacks. Who knows.
